Software package FirstRate5 is used to determine the building fabric and glazing requirements for the residential developments to achieve the targeted NatHERS ratings. 

 

The development must collectively achieve an average energy rating of not less than 6 stars; and individually achieve an energy rating of not less than 5 stars. This development averagely achieves a 6.4 stars.
