To specify roof, floor and wall insulation value and the glazing specification (U-value and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient(SHGC)), façade assessment is done through NCC 2019. Shading specification, windows height, wall area, and orientation will be taken into account when doing the façade calculation. This assessment is required when applying for building permit.
